Jimmie Dale Gilmore - Darcy Farrow
A slick studio take on a cowboy classic. And the song is set in the Sierra Nevada mountains around Truckee, California - one of my favorite places on the whole earth.
Jimmie Dale’s voice is just as pure as December snow. I can certainly understand if you don’t like cowboy music, but I think it’s a big mistake to ignore the guy. He’s the real deal, and he actually cares about what he’s doing.
